John and Tri-City were great and got my heat working after two other shops came out and didn’t get it running. The first shop sent two different guys, and neither of them were able to solve the problem, and the second shop sent one guy twice, and the problem was not fixed. I’m frustrated with myself for not going with Tri-City the first time as I see their trucks around town more than anybody else. The last week has been the coldest of the year in Milford and we were miserable since before Thanksgiving. I signed up for their maintenance program that gets me two inspections per year and other valuable perks. The cost was very reasonable.
